About Me:
Fitness has always been a part of my life in various different ways through sports and going to different gyms. I have always loved getting my heart rate up and moving my body because that is something genuinely fun that I know also helps my health. That is why I chose to get my degree in Sport and Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. I want to help people achieve the goals they set for themselves and find that same love that I have when working out and getting active. I believe strongly that there is a routine for everyone and a fitness plan that can get you the results you want. I come from a background of always being active, playing a sport, and continuing athletics in college to becoming Male Academic Athlete of the Year for my University.
In addition to having a 4-year degree with a minor and collegiate sporting, I have 5 years of clinical experience being a rehabilitation aide for RUSH Physical Therapy. I also have experience with teaching HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and various weight loss programs. I have developed a deep understanding of strength and conditioning with athletes on a collegiate level that I have been able to implement for regular day-to-day people who are interested in getting strong and functional. Teaching functionality with my workouts is something I strongly believe in as well because that is what keeps us healthy and versatile.
I am confident I can find you the routine that best suits you and your goals, keeping you on task, and moving at your speed and comfortability. Exercise is supposed to be fun and healthy and I want to provide a great experience so you can be comfortable with your physical and mental health. Exercise can be an intimidating topic for a lot of people but I’m sure with proper guidance from myself, commitment, and a small leap of faith, you can achieve whatever goals you set for yourself! Everyone is different, but it’s about finding the best program for you and your individual goals!
